Milflex Granules

Description

Milflex is also available in plastic granules suitable for the injection moulding of counters, particularly for sports shoes. It gives a medium hard, lightweight and economic counter with excellent shape retention and contains a high recycled content of up to 88%.

Material composition

Milflex Injection Moulding Granules have been specially developed to use approx 88% of reprocessed plastic recovered from domestic waste that has been cleaned and sorted by one of Europe’s leading plastic reprocessing sites. The material is then further reprocessed in Milspeed’s own reprocessing plant where it is modified to work as a thermoplastic polymer suitable for injection moulding of counters. Any production waste can be granulated and re-used immediately.
